• Half Board is dinner only and cannot be swapped to lunch.

• Half Board is food only and does not include any beverages or water.

Half Board Plus

• Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant

• Half Board Plus will be served as buffet dinner + 2 beverages alcohol (house beer or house wine) / or non-alcohol during the meal per person

Full Board

• Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant

• Full Board will be served Breakfast, Lunch set menu in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) and buffet dinner in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) or Khyber restaurant with 3-course set menu, subject to availability.

Full Board Plus

• Breakfast will be served as buffet in Great British Restaurant

• Full Board Plus will be served as lunch + 2 beverages alcohol (house beer or house wine) / or non-alcohol during the meal per person and dinner + 2 beverages alcohol (house beer or house wine) / or non-alcohol during the meal per person.

Terms and conditions:

• Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals. Lunch or Dinner cannot be swapped from arrival to departure or accumulated

• Half board/Half Board Plus/Full Board/Full Board Plus must be taken for the full duration of the stay and by all parties booked. Half board/Half Board Plus/Full Board/Full Board Plus cannot be booked for individual days only.

» GENERAL POLICIES

• The contracted rates are valid for FIT/individuals bookings only up to 9 rooms. 10 rooms & above reservations will be considered as group booking and rates will be provided on request.

• In the event of early departure or no show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Mandatory Gala Dinner Outdoor on 31 December 2023.

Festive Season period (24 December 2023 – 10 January 2024)

• No checkout on 31 December 2023, 1 January 2024

• For Clients/Guests staying through 31 December 2023, compulsory Gala Dinner charges (as above) to be applied.

• Minimum length of stay of 5 nights for arrivals between 28 December 2023 to 02 January 2024.

Child Policy

• Children up to 11.99y.o stay free on Bed & Breakfast basis on existing bedding, as per maximum occupancy. Children go free promotion does not apply on meal plan supplements (Half Board/Half Board Plus, Full Board/Full Board Plus).

• Child 12y.o and above considered as adult (third adult supplement will apply).

• This promotion can be withdrawn at any time with 48hours’ notice period in written by the Hotel.

Kids Club

At Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, our little guests, and parents, are in for a treat! Making your holiday special for the whole family, Kids Club has a host of delightful activities for your little ones. Tailored to two age groups, Kids Club offers diligent and caring supervision by our in-house playmakers. For infants and babies up to the age of 4, parental/guardian supervision is required always, and in-house playmakers will look after children aged 5-12 without parental/guardian supervision.

• Kids club is open from 10am - 6pm daily.
• Kids club is accessible for children from 0 years to 12 years of age.
• Kids under 4 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or babysitter always.
• Activities, prices, timings are subject to change without prior notice.
